We will obtain your Tourist Visa for the United Arab Emirates for a period of 30 or 60 days. You will have the possibility of obtaining this Visa with only one entry or with multiple entries on the territory.

As per getting a Tourist Visa, the extension of your current Visa is done entirely online and takes only 2 minutes, and you receive your Visa within 24 to 48 hours.

Since January 1, 2023, it is no longer possible to extend your tourist stay while remaining in the country. You must leave the territory and apply for a new Tourist Visa. We advise you to make a round trip to a neighboring country (eg Oman).

This being issued by immigration, we can in no way know how soon it will be delivered (on average 24/48 hours a week excluding weekends when immigration is closed).

We advise you to consider one or two nights outside the country and to indicate to our team that you have left the territory as soon as you arrive in the country to be sure to receive your new Visa as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

What are the deadlines for obtaining the Visa?

You get your Tourist Visa within 24 to 48 hours during the opening days and hours of immigration in Dubai (between Monday 10 a.m. and Friday noon).

IS THERE A GRACE PERIOD FOR A 90-DAY VISIT TO THE UAE?

There is no grace period for your 90 day Tourist Visa, you must leave one day before the expiry date.

FINE FOR OVERSTAYING A VISA

If you overstay your visa, you will be subject to a fine of:

AED 150 for the first day of overstay
AED 50 for each consecutive day
AED 100 as a service charge.

What is a visa extension?

A visa extension is to extend the duration of your stay in a country with your current visa. In the United Arab Emirates, if you have a tourist visa, you can no longer extend this Visa while remaining in the country. You must go out and apply for a new Tourist Visa.

Is a tourist visa required to enter the territory of the UAE?

Yes, all visitors to the UAE are generally required to have at least a tourist visa. However, citizens of some countries such as France can benefit from a 90-day visa-free stay or a 30-day visit visa on arrival.
