I created my company elsewhere than at MAJ; can I still benefit from this service?

This service, specially designed for your situation, allows you to join MAJ and delegate the administrative and legal management of your company in an unlimited manner, even if it was created with another agency. Our team supports you in drafting a NOC (non-objection certificate), allowing you to regain control of your company and choose MAJ to represent you with the authorities, free zones and immigration services.

This service addresses a common problem: many entrepreneurs face organizations that hide the real costs of administrative fees by including their own fees in invoices, which leads to confusion about the real price. By joining MAJ, you benefit from total transparency and a tailor-made service to manage your business with peace of mind.

“Unlimited” legal assistance, how far?

Our scope of action is broad and includes all procedures related to immigration and the proper management of residence visas, the stages of recruitment and optimization of employment contracts, the modifications to be made to shareholding and the management of your company, as well as its renewal, while ensuring that you only pay the authorities' fees without being overcharged in any way.

Among other things, all administrative and legal procedures linked to a company and its associated visas.

Warning, this service does not include the accounting and tax management of your company or specific requests linked to commercial law such as the drafting of general conditions of sale or intervention in disputes.

What happens after my subscription?

We will create a WhatsApp group entirely dedicated to the legal management of your company, in which several specialists from our team will be at your disposal.

You will then be free to ask all your questions relating to the good management of your company and to entrust us with your legal and administrative procedures. Our team will be there to guide you and take care of the required formalities on your behalf.

My company is registered with the DED (mainland), what should I do?

The specific requirements linked to your company and our need to physically travel for each administrative procedure with the DED (Mainland) result in specific operational costs. What are the limits of this service?

This service is specifically designed to support all your administrative procedures. However, it does not include our accounting or tax management, access to our MAJ Business Club, or any other service not referring to the administrative and legal management of your Emirati company.

However, you can offer your company these additional services and work with our different departments within MAJ.

The offer is nominative and is aimed exclusively at a company registered in the UAE and its associated visas. If you own two companies and wish to benefit from our support for each of them, we invite you to subscribe twice, specifying the two distinct legal entities which will be supported by the MAJ team.

How does the subscription work?

This subscription will begin on the effective date and continue for a period of one (1) year. It will be automatically renewed for successive periods of one (1) year. Payment is made in a single monthly payment in order to protect our company and its commitment to your efforts.

You may unsubscribe without reason by informing MAJ of your intention not to renew your subscription at least thirty (30) days before the end of the current subscription period.
